As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Topsides Facilities Manager to lead the delivery of critical facilities engineering scopes across major EPC projects.
This is a senior leadership role where you'll drive technical excellence, shape project outcomes, and work alongside multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, efficient, and fit-for-purpose offshore facilities, from concept through to commissioning.
What You'll Be Driving
- Leading facilities engineering for offshore EPC projects-owning scope, schedule, quality, and delivery
- Acting as the technical authority, making key decisions and resolving complex engineering challenges
- Guiding multidisciplinary teams across process, utilities, instrumentation, and electrical interfaces
- Ensuring seamless integration across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases
- Reviewing and steering contractor and vendor deliverables, including technical evaluations
- Embedding safety in design through HAZID, HAZOP, and risk reviews
- Driving efficiency, constructability, and operational readiness across all facilities designs
What You Bring
- Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (Master's is a plus)
- 15+ years in offshore oil & gas facilities engineering, with EPC project experience
- Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams and complex interfaces
- Strong background in offshore platforms, FPSOs, or similar facilities
- Solid understanding of process systems, utilities, and safety systems
- Working knowledge of instrumentation, control, and electrical integration
- Familiarity with international standards (API, ASME, IEC, ISO, etc.)
- A delivery-focused mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
