Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tourism Manager . The Tourism Manager will oversee daily operations related to guided tours, manage customer service interactions, and coordinate various tourism activities. Key responsibilities include developing and executing tourism management strategies, enhancing visitor experiences, collaborating with local guides, and managing promotional campaigns to promote the company's offerings.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Guided Tours and Tourism, with a strong understanding of cultural and historical significance.
• Experience in Tourism Management and the ability to organize and oversee itineraries and travel operations seamlessly.
• Strong Customer Service and interpersonal skills for building relationships and addressing traveler needs effectively.
• Knowledge of Tourism Marketing to develop and implement successful promotional strategies.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Prior experience in the tourism industry in Malaysia is an advantage.
