Support day-to-day activities related to partner onboarding.
Coordinate technical integration, certification, and payment flow alignment between TPAs and internal product/tech teams to ensure compliant, stable, and timely go-live.
Identify and execute opportunities to expand ShopeePay and SPayLater coverage through TPAs, including new use cases, merchant verticals, and special commercial mechanics.
Track TPA performance metrics (active merchants, transaction volume, dormancy rate, MDR contribution) and drive corrective actions or optimisation initiatives where required.
Oversee merchant portfolio quality via TPAs, including monitoring dormant merchants, merchant category risks, and alignment with ShopeePay/SPayLater target segments.
Act as the primary point of contact for TPAs, banks, and internal stakeholders (SPayLater Risk, Legal, Product), ensuring alignment and timely issue resolution.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Good business development, interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Self driven and independently motivated.
Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and ability to form insightful judgments based on situations.
