Job Title: Trade Finance Project Executive

Experience Level: Junior (1+ years relevant experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance professional to join our Trade Finance project team. You will provide GL support, financial reconciliations, and system validation to ensure smooth project delivery and accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide system support and ensure timely delivery of finance-related tasks.
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Trade Finance systems.
• Perform General Ledger verification and reconciliation, ensuring data integrity.
• Track and follow up with project teams and PMO to resolve and close problem logs.
• Support month-end and ad-hoc reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in accounting/finance support roles.
• Technical Skills:
• Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of double-entry systems
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience with accounting software or ERP systems is a plus

• Detail-oriented and accurate
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
