Coordinate the support functions i.e. administrative, reporting and system-related matters of Trade Finance Operations Department, to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of the Department's operational activities.
Coordinate trade system related issues to ensure the smooth-running operation of trade finance processing.
Coordinate reporting by providing feedback to the Bank's Technology team in generating any templates/reports required by respective internal stakeholders.
Prepare trade system related project and/or enhancement user requirements and providing feedback to the project's documentation.
Execute trade system related project and/or enhancement User Acceptance Test prior to any deployment to production.
Coordinate the department's administrative i.e. courier services and new joiner's systemrelated arrangement.
Prepare department's management and regulatory related reporting.
Conduct system related advise/briefing/training to the Bank's staff (as and when required).
Undertake any other support related tasks within the department as and when required.
Requirements:
Possess Bachelor's Degree or professional qualification in Business, Banking / Finance or equivalent field
Minimum 5 years of related experience i.e. Trade Finance Operations, Project Management, Enterprise Risk Management and Auditing
Knowledgeable on trade technical, accounting and system
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
