Job Title: Trade Finance Testing Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Trade Finance Testing Specialist to support system enhancements, product and process improvements, and project initiatives. The role involves functional testing, business process analysis, and ensuring timely resolution of system-related issues in line with SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform functional testing, analysis, and business process review for Trade Finance products.
• Manage testing tasks, issue logs, and ensure compliance with AFFIN's processes and procedures.
• Support system enhancement, product/process improvement, rollouts, training, and reviews.
• Identify opportunities for test automation and efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate and manage day-to-day testing activities independently.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Testing/Testing Management.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Good understanding of banking products and services; knowledge of BNM guidelines is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• IT knowledge/experience is a plus.
