Job Description

  • Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and sales growth.
  • Plan and implement promotional campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, sales data, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to optimize trade execution and in-store visibility.
  • Manage trade marketing budgets and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers and distributors.
  • Support new product launches with strategic trade marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure marketing materials and promotions are effectively deployed at key trade channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong business acumen with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint) for data analysis and presentations.
  • Ability to propose innovative strategies with logical and data-driven insights.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and results-driven mindset.
  • Fluent in English & Chinese (spoken and written).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to work independently.
  • Willing to travel (1-2 times per month, including East Malaysia).
