We are now entering an exciting growth phase expanding our presence into modern retail chains and strengthening our distributor network across Malaysia.
If you are commercially driven and enjoy opening new accounts, negotiating trade terms, and building distribution channels this role is for you.
Your Mission
Drive Greenwipes into modern retail shelves and expand our national distributor network.
You will play a direct role in scaling the brand footprint across Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities
Modern Trade Expansion
- Identify and secure product listings in hypermarkets, pharmacies, specialty retailers, and convenience chains
- Prepare listing proposals, pricing structures, and trade margin justifications
- Negotiate trade agreements, rebates, promotional support, and annual terms
- Coordinate retail product launches and promotional campaigns
Distributor Development
- Identify, recruit, and appoint regional distributors
- Develop route-to-market strategy
- Structure distributor and dealer margin tiers
- Set sales targets and monitor distributor performance
Trade Strategy & Execution
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing
- Plan trade promotions to drive sell-in and sell-through
- Improve in-store visibility and merchandising standards
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure smooth execution
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 Years Experience in Modern Trade / FMCG / Channel Development
- Strong negotiation skills with retailers and distributors
- Proven track record in account opening or distribution expansion
- Analytical mindset with commercial awareness
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
