Position : Trade Marketing Executive
Location : Subang Jaya, Selangor
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of retailers exclusive and channel programme to increase brand presence, shopper engagement and offtake
- Collaborate with marketing team for NPD launch ie developing launch deck, category selling story, 360 trade plan, product listing information, samples and exclusive activation
- Analyze sales data, competitor activity, and ROl of trade marketing initiatives to make data-driven recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Skills in brand and shopper marketing, understand customer need and shopper journey
- Passion for results, creative solution, innovation with a thirst for fresh knowledge and experience
- Good organizational skills and attention to details in a rapidly evolving environment
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of trade marketing or category management experience.
- Experience in Nielson Advisor / Retail Shelf Planner will be an advantage.
- Experience in Sales and Marketing will be an added advantage.
