We are looking for a curious, creative, and commercially minded intern to join our Trade Marketing team. This role offers the opportunity to learn how a leading FMCG company translates consumer insights and passion points into programs that drive shopper engagement, customer growth, and business results. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify emerging opportunities, uncover consumer insights, and support the development of activation ideas across multiple channels and touchpoints.

What You'll Do
- Research consumer behaviors, trends, communities, and passion points across sports, entertainment, gaming, music, and culture.
- Identify opportunities for brands to connect with consumers through meaningful occasions and experiences.
- Explore activation opportunities across retail, food service, digital platforms, and community touchpoints.
- Monitor local and global marketing trends, campaigns, and best practices.
- Support the development of shopper and customer activation programs that drive conversion, basket size, and sales.
- Assist in preparing presentations, business cases, and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
- Support the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing and trade activation initiatives.
- Analyze campaign results and drive insights to improve future programs.

- Undergraduate pursuing Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong interest in marketing, sales, retail, consumer behavior, or FMCG.
- Curious, creative, and passionate about consumer trends and culture.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working independently and bringing forward new ideas.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
