Key Responsibilities

Trade Strategy & Growth

  • Lead the development of Trade Marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and long-term commercial growth.
  • Build strong channel strategies and contribute to the long-term vision of trade marketing capabilities.

Commercial Planning

  • Develop and execute the trade marketing calendar, including campaigns, channel initiatives and customer partnership programs.
  • Ensure strong alignment between brand strategy and in-market commercial execution.

Shopper & Channel Activation

Drive impactful commercial initiatives across:

  • Category management
  • Shopper engagement programs
  • Omnichannel activations
  • Point-of-sale materials
  • In-store promoters and retail programs
  • Roadshows and promotional activities

Investment & Performance Management

  • Manage trade investments effectively to deliver business objectives.
  • Monitor performance of commercial initiatives and optimize return on investment.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with internal teams including Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory, Medical and Legal.
  • Work with external partners and customers to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure commercial activities comply with internal processes and regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
  • 1012 years of experience in FMCG / Consumer Goods with strong trade marketing exposure
  • Solid understanding of trade marketing fundamentals and channel dynamics
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with strong commercial acumen
  • Experience in sales or customer-facing roles would be an added advantage
