Overview
We are seeking a detail oriented Trade Services Executive to join our Wholesale Credit Operations team. The Trade Services Executive is responsible for the processing of trade transactions to ensure the timely completion of data input and filing of documents. This role reports to the Line Manager and the successful candidate will be based in our PJ City Trade Services Centre, Selangor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record receipt of documents in the Incoming Documents Register / Incoming Mail Register / Incoming Fax Register.
- Acknowledge receipt of Trade Services request (document) from customers / branches /other bank / other business unit.
- Check, verify, process, input and authorize trade transactions
- Ensure accuracy of data input and registration of trade transactions.
- To perform data input and scanning of documents into the system.
- Tracking payments of outstanding bills and paid transactions.
- Carry out any duties as may be assigned by Head – TSC or team leader from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Education/Qualification
- Malaysia citizen
- Candidate with a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Business Administration or equivalent.
- Fresh Graduates/Entry level applicants are invited to apply, training will be provided.
- Candidates with related experience in trade operations will be considered for senior positions
Experience & Skillsets
- Possess knowledge of consumer banking products and services as well as regulations governing the consumer banking business and products will be an added advantage.
- Good written and oral communication skills and ability to interact effectively with people at different levels.
- PC literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office Appliances.
