Trademark Associate

Position Overview

We are currently looking for a Trademark Associate with professional legal qualifications to join our trademark team in Kuala Lumpur. Candidates should have at least 2-5 years prior experience in advising on trademark protection strategies, trademark prosecution matters, including oppositions and other contentious matters within the Asia jurisdiction. Problem-solving and strong writing skills are a must.

The successful applicant for this role will work with the APAC TM management team and is required to collaborate with the TM teams across the APAC region.

Along with your legal qualifications, you must possess the ability to manage time, resources and multiple activities simultaneously. If you have excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills and you are willing to work in an environment that encourages employee collaboration and growth, this is an outstanding opportunity that you should not pass up on.
