WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As a Trainee Consultant, you'll receive hands-on training while working on live executive search projects.
Talent Research & Candidate Sourcing:
- Research companies and industries to identify key talent.
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, internal databases, and other sourcing tools to identify qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Support consultants in sourcing and engaging high-caliber professionals.
Market Research & Client Support
- Learn how executive search projects are managed.
- Understand client hiring requirements and organizational structures.
- Prepare candidate reports, talent mapping, and market research.
- Assist with recruitment projects across the Asia-Pacific region.
Recruitment Coordination
- Update recruitment databases and internal systems.
- Coordinate interviews and collect candidate feedback.
- Support consultants throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Recent graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of work experience.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent research and analytical abilities.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Able to work independently in a remote environment.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Base Salary: RM 3,000 per month
- Performance-based commission and annual bonus
- Quarterly company-sponsored training visits to Shanghai (flight and accommodation provided)
