Trainee (Fresh Graduate)

1. Job Summary

The Trainee will undergo structured on-the-job training to gain practical experience and develop the skills required for a future role within the department. This position is designed to provide learning opportunities, exposure to business processes, and hands-on involvement in day-to-day operations.

2. Key Responsibilities

Participate in training programs and on-the-job learning activities assigned by the department.

Assist in daily operations, administrative tasks, and project-related activities.

Observe and understand standard operating procedures, workflows, and company policies.

Support the team in data collection, documentation, and reporting.

Work closely with supervisors to identify areas of improvement and learning goals.

Participate in team meetings, training workshops, and performance reviews.

Complete tasks and assignments within given deadlines.

Prepare progress reports and present learning outcomes as required.

3. Requirements

Education

Degree, Master or PHD in Science or Engineering

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Skills & Competencies

Strong willingness to learn and adapt.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.

Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.

Other Details:

1)Duration: 6months + 6months (contract)

Can be converted into a permanent employee after 6 months or 1 year based on the KPI & business needs.

2)Trainee salary: RM2,000 (Salary will change if converted into a permanent employee based on the compeleted qualification. *Starting at RM2,500 + RM800 fix allowance + OT + shift allowances (if require working in shift*

3)Annual Leave (AL) - 1 AL per month.

4)Free lunch every day for vegetarian & non vegetarian food
