Job Overview

This role is designed to develop future retail leaders through a structured 2-month training program, after which successful candidates will be promoted to Store Manager, managing store operations with the support of Sales Associates.

Key Responsibilities (Trainee Period)

1. Store Operations Management

  1. Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
  2. Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product displays
  3. Ensure stock availability, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention

2. Sales & Business Performance

  1. Drive sales performance and achieve monthly targets
  2. Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve store revenue
  3. Analyze sales trends and customer behavior to maximize profitability

3. Customer Experience Management

  1. Deliver excellent customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction
  2. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
  3. Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business

4. Team Leadership & Development

  1. Supervise and lead Sales Associates (SAs)
  2. Provide on-the-job coaching and performance feedback
  3. Foster a positive and high-performance team culture

Requirements

  1. Minimum age: 21 years and above
  2. Prior experience in retail/store operations is preferred
  3. Strong business mindset with a focus on sales performance
  4. Experience in B2C environment
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Leadership potential and willingness to grow into a managerial role

Compensation & Benefits

  1. Only fixed allowance of RM100 - RM130 will be provided during the 2-month training.
  2. No basic salary upon confirmation
  3. Commission-based earnings only based on store performance upon confirmation
  4. Career progression to Store Manager after training

  1. Training Location: TRX, Mid Valley, Lotus's Mutiara Damansara, Empire City, Aeon Big Wangsa Maju, Lotus's Rawang, Tanjung Malim
  2. Interview Process: 1 round interview with Area Manager
  3. Onboarding: Immediate / Anytime

Security Deposit Requirement (Upon confirmation)

  1. A refundable security deposit of RM3,000 is required to cover potential operational losses
  2. Flexible payment methods may be considered
  3. Full refund upon contract termination (subject to company terms & conditions)
