Job Overview
This role is designed to develop future retail leaders through a structured 2-month training program, after which successful candidates will be promoted to Store Manager, managing store operations with the support of Sales Associates.
Key Responsibilities (Trainee Period)
1. Store Operations Management
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product displays
- Ensure stock availability, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention
2. Sales & Business Performance
- Drive sales performance and achieve monthly targets
- Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve store revenue
- Analyze sales trends and customer behavior to maximize profitability
3. Customer Experience Management
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
4. Team Leadership & Development
- Supervise and lead Sales Associates (SAs)
- Provide on-the-job coaching and performance feedback
- Foster a positive and high-performance team culture
Requirements
- Minimum age: 21 years and above
- Prior experience in retail/store operations is preferred
- Strong business mindset with a focus on sales performance
- Experience in B2C environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership potential and willingness to grow into a managerial role
Compensation & Benefits
- Only fixed allowance of RM100 - RM130 will be provided during the 2-month training.
- No basic salary upon confirmation
- Commission-based earnings only based on store performance upon confirmation
- Career progression to Store Manager after training

- Interview Process: 1 round interview with Area Manager
- Onboarding: Immediate / Anytime
Security Deposit Requirement (Upon confirmation)
- A refundable security deposit of RM3,000 is required to cover potential operational losses
- Flexible payment methods may be considered
- Full refund upon contract termination (subject to company terms & conditions)
