Job Description
The Trainer's primary role is to be responsible for the training design and delivery of the engagement center's agents and staff, this includes new hire training, keeping the team updated on changes and new releases, as well as additional skills. In addition, the trainer will develop course schedules and sessions and will ensure all trainees understand and grasp the required concepts comprehensibly.
Job Descriptions:
Assist Staff Manager and resolve all training requirement
Develop and maintain documents for various processes, assist in preparing development plans
Ensure SOPs and process are compliant to last business and government updates
Create world class training delivery program
Design and maintain training course for all materials and develop appropriate manuals and handouts
Facilitate training sessions
Measure training effectiveness and new hires quality operations delivery
Culture and employee engagement experience promoter
Job Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in training, training development, or a similar position
Experience designing training activities to promote engagements
High proficiency in PC skills and detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Power Point
Familiarity with interactive learning activities
Must adapt to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent Japanese communication skills, written and orally
