Job Summary:
Duhani Capital is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Trainer with experience in FX trading to join our Training & Development team. The Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of our clients and internal staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FX trading, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Development:
Design and develop effective training programs focused on FX trading.
Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
Update training programs regularly to reflect the latest market trends and regulatory changes.Training Delivery:
Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for clients and internal staff.
Utilize various training methods, including in-person workshops, webinars, and e-learning modules.
Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.Client Support:
Provide ongoing support and mentorship to clients to help them improve their trading skills.
Address client queries and concerns related to FX trading.
Offer personalized training sessions based on client needs.Performance Monitoring:
Track and analyze the performance of trainees to identify areas for improvement.
Provide feedback and recommendations to help trainees achieve their trading goals.
Maintain detailed records of training activities and outcomes.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to align training initiatives with business objectives.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to report on training progress and outcomes.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in FX trading training.
Proven track record of delivering successful training programs in the financial services industry.
Skills & Competencies:
In-depth knowledge of FX trading principles and strategies.
Strong instructional design and presentation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
Proficiency in using training software and e-learning platforms.
