Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver training sessions (in Mandarin and English) on procurement processes, claims handling, and related systems.
  • Develop, update, and maintain training materials, SOPs, and e-learning content.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for procurement and claims-related projects.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify training needs and create tailored solutions.
  • Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance results.
  • Support the rollout and adoption of new procurement systems, tools, and policies.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, knowledge-sharing, and process guidance to team members.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken) is required.
  • Proven experience handling training in BPO highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in procurement operations, training facilitation, and claims process projects.
  • Strong knowledge of claims process/project management.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and stakeholder management experience.
  • Willing to work 24/7 shift.
