Job Description

Position Summary

The Training & Development Executive supports the organization's learning and development initiatives by planning, coordinating, and delivering training programs that enhance employee capabilities and performance. The role is responsible for organizing and facilitating training activities, driving ad hoc learning and development initiatives, preparing monthly training reports and analytics, managing training administration, and partnering with stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous learning and employee development.

Working Location: Vinda SEA HQ (Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang, next to Setia Alam)

You will play an important role to:

New Hires On-Boarding

  • Manage the end-to-end of new hires onboarding process.

Training Design & Delivery

  • Develop, design, and deliver training program for employees across various level.
  • Create and update training materials, presentations, learning guides, and supporting resources.
  • Facilitate classroom, virtual, and blended learning sessions to enhance employee capability and performance.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and implement continuous improvements to learning programs.
  • Training related administration including HRDF application of Grant and Claim submission, ISO 9001 documentations.

Learning Need Analysis

  • Partner with department managers and stakeholders to identify training and competency gaps.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and support the development of annual learning gaps.
  • Monitor learning trends and recommend relevant development initiatives.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare monthly training and development reports.
  • Maintain accurate learning records and training databases.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and provide insights and recommendations to management based on learning data and trends.

Learning Program Management

  • Lead and coordinate ad-hoc learning & development activities, workshops, learning campaigns, and organizational learning initiatives.
  • Manage the end-to-end administration of training programs, including scheduling, registration, logistic coordination, and communication with participants.

Others

  • Part of the ISO committee members.
  • Drive a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing across the organization.
  • Support organization change and transformation initiatives through targeted learning interventions.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Education, Psychology or related Discipline.
  • At least 2 years working experience in HR and/or learning and development.
