Accelskill Academy is expanding its HRD Corplevy claimable training portfolioand is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Training & Marketing Managerto plan, promote, and grow our training programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify marketable HRD Corp Levy-claimable coursesand suitable trainers to deliver them.
• Develop and execute marketing plans and campaignsto attract participants and company clients.
• Plan and maintain an annual training calendaraligned with HRD Corp priorities.
• Build and manage relationships with companies, trainers, and industry partners.
• Drive participant recruitment and course promotionto achieve monthly enrolment targets.
• Monitor training performance and recommend new strategies to improve results.

Requirements:

Experience in HRD Corp Levy Claimable programmes, training promotion, or business development.

Strong in program marketing and stakeholder coordination

Independent, creative, and target-driven individual with a growth mindset.
