Job Description

Job Responsibility

To enhance on the effectiveness and efficiency of Eye Level program operation.
To participate in center operation, and teaching to enhance personal skills for program and center development.
To develop and enhance related training and new program of the company.
To plan and execute department yearly planning and strategy.
To conduct training, tutorial and competency test for franchisee and assistants.
To conduct center visit and consultation for Eye Level center.
To support the operation of flagship center as a model centre.
To coordinate event like Direction Seminar, Math Olympiad, ELMO Prize giving, etc.
To perform department duty and task when required.
