Assist the Asst. Manager in executing and coordinating the full spectrum of employee training activities.
Develop and plan the learning & development calendar and activities aligned with the companys business priorities, operation needs and training gaps.
Work with the Head of Departments and HR to Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for all departments to assess employees skills, performance, and productivity, identify future development needs/skills gap and come out with the training plan.
Propose to develop and/or improve the Company Training & Development Policy and ensure the implementation of the approved policy is in place.
Responsible to facilitate and coordinate all training programmes (In-house, Internal and External) as per approved Yearly Training Plan, including New Hire Onboarding Program.
Conduct training effectiveness evaluation for training activities depending on the type of training programme or modules and the policy requirement.
Liaise with Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF) for matters related to Training Grant Application, Claim and the E-Tris platform and prepare the HRDF utilization report.
Set up training database manage online learning resources, training videos, assessment, and e-Learning contents to be uploaded in internal social media.
Prepare and update the report on training activities falls under Human Resource & Administration control and documented the related document based on requirement set by related policy (Quality policy, Training policy and etc.).
To perform any duty duly assigned by the management from time to time
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a bachelors degree,Training & Development, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications from a recognize higher learning institution
At least 2-3 Years of working experience in Learning & Development, content development and delivery, workforce performance improvement initiatives.
Experience as a field trainer, in-house trainer or related field is desirable.
Good command of written and spoken in English, Bahasa Malaysia and other third language would be preferred.
Computer literate, knowledgeable of MS applications and other programs for creating and signing training material (training slide, video etc.).
Good presentation and public speaking skills
Based in Petaling Jaya with expectation to travel to business location (30% travelling)
