Training Specialists play a key role in designing, curating, and facilitating high-impact learning experiences across global offices. They are responsible for developing engaging training content, delivering both live and self-paced programs, and ensuring learning outcomes are tracked, analyzed, and continuously improved using our digital platforms. This role bridges content, delivery, and datahelping us drive capability development at scale.
Responsibilities:-
- Liaise with the Head of Learning & Development Team to determine the training needs & sessions deliverables.
- Support and deliver new employee's programs during the induction phase
- Liaise with external parties/training providers to identify suitable training programs or courses for individuals/teams or company.
- Training Modules Development, including curriculum, design the structure of the course, in class facilitation settings & activities, evaluate & constantly update the training course according to the feedback of the course
- Maintaining training records and other administrative records for management visibility.
- Collecting feedback appropriately after each session
- Understand the needs of employee training & attentive to feedback in turn suggesting new sessions over the period.
- Scheduling with trainers and communicating with team leads and managers of involved teams for internal and external training.
- Curate relevant learning content, integrating internal knowledge, external resources, and current trends in instructional design.
- Familiarity with digital content tools (e.g., Canva, Synthesia, EasyGenerator) to support blended and self-paced learning.
- Support the rollout of key learning initiatives, and capability development programs through structured training interventions.
Skills & Experience Required:-
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in corporate training design and facilitation, preferably in a fast-paced, regional or global setting
- Should have team management experience.
- Creative thinking, decision making and problem-solving skills with ability to work under less supervision.
- Good communication skills and command over written as well as spoken English.
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead, drive results and implement change in a rapidly changing, goal-oriented environment
- Ability to work well with peers, make thoughtful decisions, and appropriately respond and drive change.
- Ability to work within deadlines, ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery and business satisfaction.
- Additional experience in Microsoft 365 and various working tools is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster optimal departmental relationships.
- Strong business acumen and a passion for Training.
- Methodical and detailed oriented.
