We are looking for a passionate and people-oriented Training & Development Executive to support our learning initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who understands the importance of employee development and is driven by a genuine passion for helping others grow and upskill.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing training programs and workshops
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and supporting documents
- Deliver or co-facilitate training sessions when required
- Support onboarding and employee development initiatives
- Monitor training effectiveness and gather feedback for improvement
- Maintain training records and reports
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Human Resource, Public Relations or equivalent
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- A people-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, canva and presentation tools
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
