Job Description

Job Summary

The Training Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and enhancing training programs within the subsidiary. This role ensures the quality and effectiveness of training initiatives while continuously improving learning outcomes through evaluation and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training Planning & Coordination

  • Organize and coordinate training programs for the subsidiary in line with business needs.
  • Develop training schedules and ensure smooth execution of all training activities.
  • Liaise with internal and external trainers to arrange training sessions.

2. Training Content & Quality Management

  • Review and evaluate training courses to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with trainers to improve course structure, materials, and delivery methods.
  • Continuously optimize training programs to enhance employee learning experience.

3. Stakeholder & Trainer Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for trainers and training vendors.
  • Coordinate training logistics, including venue, materials, and participant arrangements.
  • Build and maintain a pool of qualified trainers.

4. Training Effectiveness Analysis

  • Monitor and analyze training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance indicators.
  • Prepare training reports and provide insights for improvement.
  • Recommend enhancements based on data analysis and business requirements.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in training coordination, L&D, or HR-related roles (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret training data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in training program design or instructional development will be an advantage.
