Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Training Intern, based in Shah Alam. The Training Intern will support the training team in developing and delivering effective training modules, assisting in instructional design, and coordinating training sessions. The intern will also engage in customer service tasks and facilitate communication with stakeholders to ensure high-quality training experiences. Day-to-day tasks may include preparing training materials, supporting trainers during sessions, and compiling feedback to refine and improve programs.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to support interactions with various stakeholders effectively
• Knowledge or interest in Training & Development, as well as Training facilitation
• Experience or familiarity with Instructional Design and creating training materials
• Willingness to work on-site in Shah Alam with a proactive and team-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in time management and organizational capabilities
• Pursuing or having completed a diploma or degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Aviation Management, or related areas) is an advantage
• Interest or background in the aviation industry is a plus
