Key Responsibilities
- Assess daytoday training needs of the sales team and estimate budget needed for preparation
- Design training curriculum and prepare training materials
- Conduct training for new and existing sales personnel
- Evaluate training effectiveness and track trainee performance
- Gather feedback and continuously improve training programs
- Support hiring criteria and onboarding of new sales staff
- Coordinate with Sales Managers and external trainers
- Maintain training records and stay updated on market trends
- Perform adhoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in sales training or a similar role.
- Sales training certifications are an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and best practices.
- Proficient in e-learning platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
- Proven ability to design training programs and measure sales performance.
- Strong motivational, time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
