We are looking for an experienced and execution-focused Training Manager to drive the delivery and effectiveness of training programs across our network of networkers.
This role is responsible for turning training strategies into impactful, on-the-ground execution—ensuring strong participation, engagement, and measurable improvements in onboarding, activation, and early retention. You will work closely with field leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, scalable learning experiences that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery & Adoption
- Lead the rollout and implementation of training programs across multiple markets
- Drive strong participation, completion, and repeat engagement in all training initiatives
- Partner with field leaders to promote training attendance and knowledge sharing
- Ensure training programs are effectively executed at the ground level
Training Program Implementation
- Translate training strategies into structured, actionable programs
- Deliver end-to-end learning journeys, including onboarding, product knowledge, sales, and leadership development
- Adapt training approaches to suit local market needs while maintaining consistency
- Align training initiatives with overall business priorities
Onboarding & Early Success (0–90 Days)
- Oversee structured onboarding programs for new networkers
- Monitor onboarding progress and ensure completion of key milestones
- Track early engagement and support initiatives that improve activation and first sales
- Collaborate with field leaders to enhance early-stage success and retention
Digital Learning & Platforms
- Drive adoption and effective use of digital learning platforms and tools
- Monitor learner engagement, completion rates, and platform usage
- Identify gaps and continuously improve the digital learning experience
- Support scalable and hybrid learning formats (virtual and in-person)
Field Engagement & Feedback
- Act as the key link between training teams and the field
- Engage regularly with networker leaders to understand training needs and challenges
- Gather feedback and translate insights into actionable improvements
- Support leaders in reinforcing training within their teams
Content Deployment & Localization
- Support the rollout and implementation of training content
- Adapt and localize materials to suit different markets
- Ensure clarity, consistency, and practical usability of all training resources
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution
- Coordinate training calendars and program delivery with key stakeholders
- Collaborate with compliance and events teams to support training initiatives
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track key metrics such as participation, completion, onboarding progress, and engagement
- Monitor trends related to activation and retention linked to training efforts
- Provide regular insights and reports to stakeholders
- Recommend improvements based on data and performance analysis
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in training, learning & development, or field capability building
- Proven experience in executing training programs at scale, ideally within direct selling, network marketing, or a similar field-driven environment
- Demonstrated ability to drive training adoption, engagement, and measurable outcomes (e.g. onboarding completion, activation, retention)
