Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and execution-focused Training Manager to drive learning adoption, field capability development, and onboarding effectiveness across regional markets. This role will focus on delivering impactful training initiatives that support engagement, leadership development, and business growth within a direct selling environment.

The ideal candidate is passionate about learning and development, highly engaging in training delivery, and experienced in working closely with field leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to drive measurable learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery & Field Capability Development

  • Drive the rollout and adoption of training programs across regional markets
  • Deliver training sessions for onboarding, product knowledge, leadership development, and business skills
  • Work closely with field leaders to improve training participation, engagement, and duplication efforts
  • Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions to strengthen field training capabilities
  • Ensure training initiatives are effectively implemented and reinforced at ground level

Onboarding & New Distributor Development

  • Execute structured onboarding programs to support new distributor success
  • Monitor onboarding progress, participation, and early-stage engagement
  • Work with field leaders to improve activation and onboarding effectiveness
  • Ensure new distributors complete key learning milestones within the onboarding journey

Digital Learning & LMS Adoption

  • Drive utilization of LMS and digital learning platforms across markets
  • Monitor learner engagement, completion rates, and training analytics
  • Support hybrid and virtual learning initiatives to improve scalability and accessibility
  • Identify gaps in learner engagement and recommend improvements to the digital learning experience

Stakeholder & Field Engagement

  • Act as a key liaison between training teams, field leaders, and regional stakeholders
  • Gather feedback from the field to identify capability gaps and training needs
  • Support leaders in reinforcing training initiatives and learning adoption
  • Ensure alignment between learning initiatives and business priorities

Content Deployment & Localization

  • Support the rollout and localization of training materials across different markets
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of messaging in all training content
  • Coordinate timely deployment of approved learning materials and resources
  • Ensure training materials remain practical and relevant for field application

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Track and report on training participation, completion, onboarding progress, and engagement metrics
  • Support analysis of training effectiveness and learner performance trends
  • Prepare regular reports and insights for management and stakeholders
  • Recommend improvements based on data, feedback, and operational needs

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, Learning & Development, or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in training, learning & development, sales enablement, or field capability development
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in direct selling, sales-driven, or field-focused environments is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, webinar tools, and training analytics
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret training metrics and engagement trends
  • Able to work collaboratively across regional and cross-functional teams
