Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Officer at Instruments Technology (Johor) Sdn. Bhd., located in Johore, Malaysia. The Training Officer will be responsible for designing and conducting training programs, developing training materials, evaluating training effectiveness, and coordinating with various departments to ensure training objectives are met.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of instructional design principles
• Experience with learning management systems
• Previous experience in a training role
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field
