Training Officer - Production Training (Man-Meisters - Dipping)

Responsibilities

1. Conduct training and retraining for all employee levels based on training materials and schedule.

2. Assess employee competency using the checklist and planned schedule.

3. Work with SMEs to improve training content and delivery.

4. Provide coaching and support to trainees.

5. Keep accurate training records and evaluations.

6. Ensure safety procedures are followed during training.

7. Monitor attendance and discipline of subordinates.

8. Perform other related tasks as assigned by the superior.

Qualification and Experience

1. Minimum Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.

2. Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant working experience and successful completion of the evaluation test.

3. Possess in-depth knowledge and understanding of the glove dipping process, including key parameters and common abnormalities.

4. Demonstrate familiarity with systems currently used in the dipping process

5. Identify potential causes of product failures related to the dipping process.

6. Perform hands-on task involved in the dipping process.

7. Identify and classify glove defects accurately.
