Job Description

Role Summary

Regat Unggul Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a proactive and highly organized Training Operations & Client Relations Executive to manage and coordinate training programs from initiation to completion. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless training delivery, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting business growth through marketing and business development efforts.

Success in this position means delivering well-executed training programs, maintaining excellent client satisfaction, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring all training operations are managed efficiently and professionally. This role is essential in supporting Regat Unggul's mission to deliver high-quality training and professional development solutions to clients.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage training programs from initial client enquiry through to post-training completion.
  • Liaise with clients to understand training requirements, schedules, objectives, and service expectations.
  • Coordinate all training logistics, including venue arrangements, trainer scheduling, training materials, participant registration, attendance tracking, and certification issuance.
  • Prepare training proposals, quotations, invoices, reports, and relevant documentation.
  • Ensure smooth execution of training sessions and promptly resolve operational issues when required.
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients before and after training programs to maintain strong business relationships.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities to increase awareness of Regat Unggul's training programs and services.
  • Identify potential business opportunities and assist in generating new client leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, client communications, and operational documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, trainers, and external stakeholders to ensure successful training delivery.
  • Monitor training quality standards and continuously suggest improvements to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Education
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Event Management, Education, or related fields.

Experience
  • Minimum 2–5 years of relevant working experience in training coordination, client servicing, business development, event management, or related roles.
  • Experience in managing end-to-end training programs will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in corporate training, professional development, or HRD Corp-related training administration is preferred.

Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
  • Client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Marketing, business development, or social media promotional skills will be an advantage.
  • Attention to detail and strong documentation management capabilities.
