We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Training Operations Executive to support the coordination and execution of training programs across regional markets. This role will focus on training administration, scheduling, LMS support, reporting, and stakeholder coordination to ensure smooth and effective delivery of learning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage training schedules for both online and offline programs across multiple markets
- Support end-to-end training execution, including session setup, trainer coordination, attendance tracking, and webinar logistics
- Maintain and update training calendars, meeting links, recordings, and participant communications
- Upload, organize, and maintain training materials and learner records within LMS platforms
- Provide basic troubleshooting support for LMS access and platform-related issues
- Prepare training reports, attendance summaries, dashboards, and operational trackers for internal stakeholders
- Ensure training records, documentation, and learning data are accurate and properly maintained
- Coordinate with trainers, regional teams, and internal departments to support smooth rollout of training initiatives
- Ensure approved training materials and updates are distributed accurately and on time
- Support process improvement initiatives and system enhancement projects related to training operations
- Assist with standardizing operational workflows and maintaining consistency across training activities
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or related fields
- 3–5 years of experience in training coordination, L&D operations, program administration, or event coordination
- Experience using LMS platforms, webinar tools, and reporting systems
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in direct selling or field-driven environments is an added advantage
