We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Training Executive to support the coordination, administration, and delivery of training initiatives within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Trainee Programme Coordination
- Coordinate and administer the trainee programme e.g. Provisionally Registered Pharmacist (PRP) and its related processes.
- Monitor trainee progress and ensure compliance with internal requirements and timelines.
- Liaise with PRPs, preceptors, outlet managers, and relevant stakeholders on programme matters.
- Maintain accurate trainee documentation and records.
Training Administration
- Coordinate internal and external training programmes, including scheduling, participant registration, venue arrangements, and training logistics.
- Track training attendance, completion, and employee learning progress.
- Maintain training records and prepare training-related reports and documentation.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of learning and development initiatives.
House Brand Product Training
- Coordinate and conduct house brand product training for retail employees.
- Develop, update, and maintain product training materials and learning resources.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure product knowledge and training content remains accurate and up to date.
- Evaluate training effectiveness, gather participant feedback, and recommend improvements to enhance learning outcomes.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Biomedical Science, Food Science, or other Health Science-related disciplines.
- Fresh graduates are welcome. Candidates with experience in training coordination, learning & development, or healthcare/pharmacy operations will have an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset to ensure accuracy in documentation and administrative work.
- Proactive, positive learning attitude and willingness to continuously acquire new knowledge and skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable handling administrative systems and documentation.
- Willing to travel occasionally to conduct or support training activities at retail outlets.
