Our teams are made up of Security Operations, Operations Support, Business Operations,
Environmental Health and Safety, and People Experience. As part of this team, you'll work alongside a group of professionals that are committed to excellence and innovation.
What You'll Do
- Lead onboarding, certification, and ongoing training for security personnel across datacentre operations.
- Deliver coaching, assessments, and sustainment training to maintain high performance and compliance standards.
- Manage training records, track completion of required programs, and support audit readiness.
- Partner with site leadership to implement training initiatives, promote safety, and address capability gaps.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying operational enhancements and fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in training, learning and development, security operations, business management, or a related field.
- Proven ability to deliver training programs, coach employees, and facilitate learning initiatives.
- Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder engagement, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Experience in datacentres, security operations, defence, emergency services, facilities management, or similar operational environments will be highly regarded.
- A strong commitment to safety, people development, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
While security industry experience will be highly regarded, we also welcome candidates from facilities management, operations management, hospitality, logistics, defence, emergency services, and other service-based leadership environments.
