Job Description: Training Support Specialist
We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented Training Support Specialist to join our Ayda team.
This role is central to ensuring that our training provider clients experience a smooth, professional, and supportive journey from onboarding to operations.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, is highly organised, and takes pride in delivering clear and reliable customer support.
Responsibilities
Participant & Client Communication
Communicate with training providers and participants regarding programme details, updates, and requirements.
Follow up with clients to ensure they have everything they need to run successful HRDC programmes.
Onboarding & Enrollment Support
Assist training providers in setting up their Ayda accounts and understanding platform workflows.
Guide users through enrolment steps, documentation requirements, and system navigation.
Operational Support
Provide support before, during, and after training programmes to ensure smooth execution.
Help troubleshoot basic platform-related questions and escalate issues when needed.
Feedback & Improvement
Collect feedback from users and participants to help refine Ayda's features and support processes.
Identify common challenges faced by users and propose improvements.
Administrative & HRDC-Related Tasks
Coordinate training schedules, documentation, and compliance requirements.
Assist with HRDC grant-related applications, reviews, and documentation preparation.
Prepare training materials and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
Experience in customer service, support, training coordination, or administrative roles preferred
Familiarity with HRDC processes is a plus (not mandatory training provided)
Comfort with digital tools and software platforms
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small, fast-moving team
