Demonstrate strong business knowledge and sound business sense

Exposure to business case development and good understanding of how design enablers underpin business benefits

Excellent decision making and problemsolving ability

Effective communication to convince and influence stakeholders towards a business decision dealing with different interests and resolving disagreements and conflicts and sometimes needing to challenge poor requirements and design decisions

Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and lead meetingsworkshops with no supervision

Experience working in large complex engagement global environment

Strong experience of delivering change into different audiences and managing implementation in banking environments
