This is an entry level role (Freshers are welcome to apply - any degree)
Has to be bilingual : English & Mandarin / Cantonese.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support digital transformation and process optimization initiatives.
- Prepare business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, and process flow diagrams.
- Coordinate with business users, project teams, and technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and delivered.
- Participate in workshops, meetings, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Track project progress, risks, issues, and action items.
- Create reports, presentations, and project documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of business analysis methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, or similar) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Jira, Power BI, SQL, or data analysis tools is a plus.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.
