Job Description
- Design and implement structured sell-out and performance tracking frameworks across wholesale partners.
- Diagnose performance gaps at partner, door, category, and seasonal levels using structured, consulting-style analysis.
- Translate insights into clear, actionable plans with defined owners, timelines, and success metrics.
- Build repeatable models to track product and seasonal sell-through, identifying early risks and slow-moving inventory.
- Support brand-led assortment strategies and ensure disciplined execution across top-priority wholesale doors.
- Establish governance over inventory coverage, order accuracy, phasing, and execution standards.
- Act as custodian of partner planning frameworks, tracking execution versus plan through structured PMO reporting.
- Operate as the PMO for wholesale transformation initiatives, driving cadence, progress reviews, and leadership updates.
The Successful Applicant
- 6-10 years of experience in consulting, commercial excellence, operations, or internal PMO roles.
- Proven experience managing multi-workstream initiatives in complex, matrix organisations.
- Strong exposure to wholesale, retail, FMCG, or consumer goods environments.
- Advanced analytical and data storytelling capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without formal authority.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and bringing structure, clarity, and execution discipline.
