Job Title: Transformation Project Manager (PM)

Languages: Mandarin or Cantonese (Mandatory)

Job Overview:


We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Project Manager to lead end-to-end transformation initiatives within the mobile banking, UI/UX, and customer journey domains. You will be responsible for driving project execution using agile methodologies, managing risks and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and timelines.

  • Identify, track, and manage RAIDs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).

  • Drive and facilitate working group meetings, and ensure follow-up on action items.

  • Conduct regular status reporting to stakeholders.

  • Promote and lead with an agile mindset, with preference for SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design and tech.

Must-Have Skills:
  • Proven experience in project management, particularly in agile transformation projects.

  • Hands-on experience with RAID logs and project planning tools.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and meeting facilitation skills.

  • Agile orientation with exposure to SAFe methodology.

Good-to-Have Skills:
  • Background in mobile banking, UI/UX, or customer journey projects.

Job Title: Transformation Business Analyst (BA)

Languages: Mandarin or Cantonese (Mandatory)

Domain: Mobile Banking, UI/UX, Customer Journey

Job Overview:


We are looking for an experienced Transformation Business Analyst to join our team to support the delivery of strategic initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, shape product orientation and ensure alignment across business and technology teams in an agile setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead requirement discovery and gathering sessions.

  • Develop clear and actionable user stories and process flows.

  • Perform hands-on work with JIRA for issue and task tracking.

  • Bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.

  • Support hybrid agile teams in driving product-oriented outcomes.

Must-Have Skills:
  • Strong business analysis capabilities, especially around discovery and documentation.

  • Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar tools.

  • Proven experience in hybrid agile environments.

  • Clear understanding of product orientation and agile delivery.

Good-to-Have Skills:
  • Familiarity with mobile banking, UI/UX, or customer journey mapping.
