Our client's project is a well-established brand in the IT industry who is now looking for a passionate and driven Transformation & Transition Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to expand your skill set, achieve job satisfaction and work-life balance.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead end-to-end (E2E) transition activities for new or existing accounts, ensuring seamless onboarding and knowledge transfer.
- Coordinate with global teams to ensure smooth transitions and alignment of processes.
- Align and finalize resource banding, allocation, and solutioning for accounts.
- Participate in Due Diligence (DD) and Process Discovery (PD) exercises to understand client requirements and processes for smooth service delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for creating, tracking, and achieving transition milestones.
- Leverage prior transition experience to anticipate risks, address challenges, and drive efficiency throughout the transition lifecycle
- Work closely with teams to drive transformation initiatives aligned with organizational and client objectives.
- Identify process improvement opportunities through various assessments and audits.
- Liaise with the Digital team to ensure proper closure and implementation of transformation initiatives.
- Recommend innovative solutions and digital initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Act as a change advocate, supporting teams in adopting and executing transformation strategies
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related
- Proven experience as a Transition Manager and/or Transformation Manager, preferably in IT services or BPO environments.
- Strong knowledge of E2E transition processes and project management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills with global teams.
- Ability to identify operational improvement opportunities and implement transformational solutions.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with digital tools and transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
