Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated intern to join the Transformational Finance team in the area of Automation. This role involves developing solutions that streamline and optimize finance operations through automation. You will contribute to the creation of tools, scripts, and applications that reduce manual effort, standardize workflows, and improve process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automation solutions for finance-related data processing and reporting
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Collaborate with teams to develop features, fix bugs, and ensure timely delivery
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization
- Work closely with the finance team to understand business needs and translate them into technical automation solutions
- Maintain technical documentation and assist with ad-hoc IT tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum CGPA of 3.2
- Prefer candidates who are open to potential full-time opportunities upon completion of the internship
- Prefer candidates who are able to commit to a minimum 6-month internship
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (preferably Python; others such as Java, C++, or JavaScript are also acceptable)
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Attention to detail and focus on automating financial processes
- Willingness to learn new technologies in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
