Job Description
- Lead and manage end-to-end transition projects for the Accounting & Finance department.
- Develop and implement comprehensive transition plans and strategies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process migrations.
- Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with transition activities.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Provide training and support to teams during the transition phase.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives post-transition.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Transition Manager Should Have
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale transitions in the shared services industry.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of best practices in Accounting & Finance processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
