Job Description

Job Description:

  • Manage the entire transport/linehaul operations of parcels within Malaysia using the daily performance report, track record of high performance and team improvement
  • Ensure procedures and regulations are enforced
  • Dispute resolution within and outside the team
  • Lead team briefing, weekly meeting with staff, regular meeting on team performance
  • Continuously improve the key performance indicators (KPIs) of the staff on productivity, quality, service level, and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Handle first tier complaint management
  • Maintenance of in house vehicles

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any field
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in linehaul field or logistic transportation in e-commerce fulfilment/logistics industry
  • Demonstrated people management experience in an operational environment with your team responsibility
  • Proven analytical skills and operational management skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Proven ability in leading a team in a result-oriented environment
