Manage the entire transport/linehaul operations of parcels within Malaysia using the daily performance report, track record of high performance and team improvement
Ensure procedures and regulations are enforced
Dispute resolution within and outside the team
Lead team briefing, weekly meeting with staff, regular meeting on team performance
Continuously improve the key performance indicators (KPIs) of the staff on productivity, quality, service level, and stakeholder satisfaction
Handle first tier complaint management
Maintenance of in house vehicles
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any field
Minimum 5 years of working experience in linehaul field or logistic transportation in e-commerce fulfilment/logistics industry
Demonstrated people management experience in an operational environment with your team responsibility
Proven analytical skills and operational management skills
Good verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Proven ability in leading a team in a result-oriented environment
