Transportation Manager

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or a related field

Strong knowledge of transportation regulations, carrier management, and logistics software (e.g., TMS, WMS, SAP systems).

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Effective communication and negotiation abilities, with experience managing carriers and supplier relationships.

Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and optimize logistics performance.

Strong leadership and innovative, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools (e.g.: PowerBI)

Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and adapt to fast-changing operational environments.

At least 5 years of experience is required.
