About Your Program

You'll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 36 months, you'll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.

1. Daily System Operation Support and Data Monitoring Provide daily operational support for the ITMS system, including tasks such as order creation, delivery completion confirmation, and uploading Proof of Delivery (POD). Assist in tracking key operational indicators such as daily vehicle allocation utilization, delivery arrival timeliness, POD return rate, and exception rate. Identify abnormalities in a timely manner and report them accordingly.

2. Delivery Exception Handling and Coordination Assist in handling delivery-related exceptions during operations (such as delays, misdeliveries, damages, driver issues, etc.). Coordinate with warehouses, drivers, and carriers to follow up and ensure issues are properly resolved and closed.

3. Transportation Capacity Scheduling Support Support daily transportation scheduling arrangements. Assist with basic weekly vehicle allocation and scheduling (if required) to ensure smooth and efficient delivery operations.

4. Process Optimization and Project Support Participate in transportation and distribution process optimization initiatives, including reviewing and standardizing operational procedures, providing efficiency improvement suggestions, and supporting special improvement projects to enhance overall operational efficiency.
