Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant based in Kuala Lumpur. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, providing customer service, handling reservations, and offering travel consulting services. Daily tasks will include planning trips, advising clients on travel options, booking flights and accommodations, and ensuring all travel plans run smoothly.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
  • Experience in handling Travel Arrangements and Reservations
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Prior experience in the travel industry is a plus
  • Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Malay
  • Must be skilled in using Microsoft Office applications
