Job Description

Key Objectives

Implement and enforce SEA travel policies, achieving full compliance across

departments.

Collaborate with SEA Finance to develop a reporting system for tracking travel

expenses and compliance, delivering actionable monthly insights.

Lead the rollout of an online booking tool, aligned with Global Travel team

updates.

Areas of Responsibility:

1. Act as an advisor and a functional expert to drive operational excellence in travel

services and lead travel programs via:

Travel Operations & Policy Compliance:

Implement and monitor SEA travel policies to ensure compliance.

Act as a functional expert to drive operational excellence in travel services.

Lead travel programs to align with broader SEA operational objectives.

Develop and execute scalable strategies to enhance travel services and

partnerships.

Vendor & Supplier Management:

Manage daily operations, communication, and quality control with TMCs and

travel suppliers.

Collaborate with global travel teams for vendor sourcing, including airline, hotel,

and ground transportation contracts.

Optimize procurement processes and standardize operations.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Leverage global tools and resources to collect, analyze, and report travel data.

Monitor KPIs and support cost-saving initiatives.

Digital Strategy & Tool Implementation:

Drive the rollout and adoption of digital travel tools, including online booking tool.

Stay updated on market trends and digital advancements to enhance travel

solutions.

2. Provide guidance to internal customers when handling travel programs and requests

through

Communication & Training:

Conduct travel-related training sessions, including staff orientations.

Ensure effective communication of travel policies and updates to staff.

Travel Support:

Provide practical solutions and guidance for internal travelers during emergencies.

Develop and execute scalable strategies to enhance travel services and

partnerships

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, travel, or a related field preferred.

5-8 years of experience in travel services or a related field, prior experience with

consulting industry in a similar role is an advantage.

Strong knowledge of the travel industry, especially in data analysis, digital tools.

Travel association membership is a plus.

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and travel industry systems.

Excellent command of spoken and written English; knowledge of additional SEA

languages (Malay, Mandarin, Thai, Tagalog, Vietnamese) is a plus
